The cruise is specifically tailored to those looking to put wellbeing at the heart of their vacation. The new spa onboard the Celebrity Beyond will provide guests with a “sanctuary at sea”.

Inside the luxury AquaClass Suites of the Celebrity Beyond, guests can personalise their wellness menus and get advice from celebrity Gwyneth Paltrow.

The cruise will be the first one to offer a F45 studio at sea and personalised in-room fitness menus.

Celebrity’s Aquaclass staterooms feature private balconies, eXhale bedding, a personal spa concierge and complimentary “clean cuisine” dining.

The new fitness menus in Aquaclass staterooms and suites will allow guests to customise them with themes including yoga, meditation, strength, stretch and cardio.

But the next-level wellness experience will come with the new AquaClass SkySuites.

Aquaclass Sky Suites will offer guests access to The Retreat, the exclusive onboard area for suite passengers.

The exquisite new ship will also offer new fitness programs like F45 which will be the first 45-minute, high-intensity group workouts available at sea.

It will also feature popular classes such as HIIT, LIT Bungee Fit and on-demand Peloton.

Passengers onboard the Beyond will have access to Women in Wellness, a panel of industry insiders who will curate the ship’s spa treatments, wellness events, fitness classes and stateroom TV programming.

The wellness menus have been selected in partnership with lifestyle brand goop, whose founder Gwyneth Paltrow is now the cruise line’s wellbeing advisor.

The panel also includes Olympian and F45 training athlete Morgan Mitchell.

The spa area has been designed by Kelly Hoppen and will have eight different areas including a salon, barber and a fitness centre.

Guests will be able to choose between more than 120 destination-inspired treatments.

Celebrity Cruises CEO, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, said: “Wellness is so fundamental to our philosophy at Celebrity Cruises that we continue to build and grow a truly special onboard experience where it is woven into every aspect of the guest journey from the stateroom to the spa.

“Because we’re doing all of this at sea, which is incredibly therapeutic in itself, it becomes a wonderful wellness journey unlike anything in the world.”

Vice president of hotel operations at Celebrity Cruises, Brian Abel, said: “Now more than ever wellness is top of mind for our guests so designing Celebrity Beyond, we really thought about how we weave in wellness throughout the guest experience.

“You’ll see it through the staterooms, through our culinary options, our shore excursions and then, of course, in our fitness centre and spa.”

Celebrity Beyond is currently based in the Mediterranean and will embark on its maiden voyage on October 25, 2022.

For those who can’t wait to hit the seas, Celebrity has announced that it has now received the green light to resume its operations.

The cruise will leave Fort Lauderdale on June 26 for a seven-night trip across the Caribbean.
