Crazy In Love at Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island
For couples who only have eyes for each other, the all-suite Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa has the recipe for a perfectly private romance. A meal overlooking the ocean, a sumptuous spa experience and luxurious suite accommodations turn Valentine’s Day into a long-weekend rendezvous.
Packed with perks that are perfect for private romance, the resort’s Crazy In Love Package includes an overnight stay, Champagne and chocolates in-suite, a $50 food and beverage credit that’s good for room service or restaurant dining, and a 1 p.m. late checkout. Rates start at $469 per night.
When they finally decide to venture out, lovebirds can book a massage-for-two in SiSpa’s private couples’ suite (adding the Couple Romance Ritual for a foot detox and a soak in the tub with a glass of Champagne). Couples can also canoodle away from prying eyes in a private poolside cabana.
On Valentine’s Day, the resort’s signature restaurant, 3800 Ocean, will offer a three-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day Dinner menu by Executive Chef James King complete with live entertainment, a complimentary sparkling wine toast, and a rose and truffles. Menu highlights will include Diver Sea Scallop Carpaccio with imported olives, local tomatoes, fresh pressed oil and shaved radish; Shrimp and Maine lobster Tagliatelle with capers, baby heirloom tomatoes and flat leaf parsley; and Colorado Lamb Wellington with creamed morels, fava beans, celery root puree and a red wine reduction. For dessert, couples can end the night with a sweet treat prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Kursten Restivo. Desserts will include Chocolate Strawberry Macaroon Frasier and Key Lime Chiffon Tart. Valentine’s Day Dinner will be served from 5-10 p.m. and is $95 per person, exclusive of tax, gratuity and beverages.
