Have a nice (cheap) day in the USA!

This week we have some stonking offers to some of the most famous cities in the USA.  With over 50 states, it’s hard to pick where to go, but we have chosen some of our more popular destinations and outlined some ideas of things to do that won’t break the bank…in fact, they are free!

Yes we know it’s the state for well-known theme parks and attractions, but Orlando also offers lots more to the visitor than just dollar busting activities.  For example, you could head downtown to Lake Eola Park where it’s a perfect park space with fabulous paths and you can even take out a swan shaped pedalo.  Sunsets are really something here and if you’re there on a Sunday, there’s an awesome farmers market.

Las Vegas

Sin city can be absolutely overwhelming with things to do.  But if you’ve fancied hitting the casinos and tables but wouldn’t have a clue where to start, did you know that you can get free lessons?  Both The Luxor and Circus Circus offer free lessons so you can literally ‘up your game’.

New York

There’s no doubt about it, a few days in New York could truly stretch anyone’s budget.  But there are some awesome free activities that you can take part in. One of our favourites, a Grand Central Partnership offers a free walking tour where two historians lead 90 minute walking tours every Friday taking in some of the best-known sites.

San Francisco

San Fran has more free sights than anywhere else in California.  But one of our favourites is Amoeba Music; one of the most famous record stores in the world often has free live music from bands of all shapes and sizes in their huge shop.

So you can see that there are so many alternatives to spending a whole lot of dollars in the USA, just a bit of research and you can find lots of free activities to keep you amused on the cheap.  And with Stuba’s huge selection of hotels, you can something for every budget.
