Curtain Bluff resort in Antigua plans a wellness week

All-inclusive resort Curtain Bluff in Antigua will host a health and wellness week from April 22 to 26.

Guests will have the opportunity to partake in daily intimate group classes, such as Vinyasa Flow yoga, Pilates, two-hour tennis or pickleball lessons with in-house pros catered to all levels and daily spa treatments from an exclusive Health & Wellness Week menu.

Weekly offerings will also be available, including aqua aerobics, private cooking classes of the Caribbean vegan stew Ital, a sunset meditation, a fitness walk through Old Road Village and a hike to Boggy Peak (Mount Obama), Wallings Dam nature reserve, and Tobacco Bay.

Other inclusions for the program include airport transfers, a welcome cocktail party in the guests’ rooms and a  island-style private dinner on the last evening.

All health and wellness activities are included in room rates. Double-occupancy prices before taxes are $2,025 for a deluxe room and $2,400 for a junior suite.

Among the amenities at the resort are two restaurants, a luxury spa and private pools. It comprises 72, all-oceanview bedrooms that the property describes as a mix of old-school glamour and understated contemporary chic. Also included in the room rate are use of the resort’s four tennis courts and its Hobie Cat and activities including waterskiing and paddleboarding.
