Vaccinated travelers will not need a Covid test to enter Bahamas: Travel Weekly
The Bahamas will eliminate the pre-entry Covid test for vaccinated travelers arriving in the country, effective June 19.
Valid proof of vaccination must be presented before boarding a flight to the Bahamas on and after that date.

Unvaccinated travelers two years and up must continue to present proof of a negative PCR or rapid antigen test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival and present the test result at check-in before travel to the Bahamas. Children under 2 are exempt from the test requirement.
In addition, the requirement for a Bahamas Travel Health Visa to enter the country will be dropped for all travelers, effective June 19.
“The Bahamas is adapting to the continued evolution of this pandemic. We want to streamline the entry process for travelers as much as possible, all the while ensuring we are protecting public health,” said Chester Cooper, deputy prime minister and minister of tourism, investments and aviation.
“We hope the changes … will reduce friction for travelers and further the recovery of our tourism sector.”
A national mask mandate remains in place in certain indoor settings at the discretion of the business establishment.
