In 2022, 17 UK airports will offer flights to popular Turkish destinations including Bodrum and Dalaman.
The Tourism Board added: “British visitors can be assured of a warm and safewelcome to Turkey, with the expansion of our world-leading Safe Tourism Certification Programme this year, and a high level of vaccination amongst the Turkish population.”
Over 80 percent of Turkish residents have been fully vaccinated and the country’s programme regularly inspects hotels for safety.
Many of Turkey’s beach resorts are top British destinations for summer as well as winter sun holidays.
