Brits could soon be able to book Eurostar tickets through Uber
Brits could soon book their Eurostar tickets as well as coaches and trains through the Uber app.
Uber Travel has launched in the UK as of August 3 meaning more options are available to British users.
The American firm allows users to pay for cabs, boats, scooters, bikes and even has it’s own food delivery service.
It's now expanding what can be booked through the app to include coaches, trains, car rental, flights and possibly even hotels.

Uber Travel has teamed ups with travel booking side Omio, reports Time Out, to allow long-distance train tickets to be purchased in-app.
Uber Rail and Uber Coach will require Omio’s functions to be fully integrated with the app so the options won’t be available for some time yet.
App users should be able to access around 1,000 long distance travel options when the merge is complete though – including being able to book Eurostar tickets.
The Eurostar connects London with other European cities including Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Lille.
Once Uber makes the new service available getting your ticket to some of Europe’s most cosmopolitan cities will be as easy as booking a cab from the club.
Tourists can get stuck into the culture with a trip to the Moulin Rouge or Louvre in Paris.
Or, try Amsterdam's famous cafes, sex museums and cycling routes…
We found some fabulous things to do, eat and places to shop in Lille which is just 82 minutes from London on the Eurostar.
The town has stunning palaces, museums, zoos and monuments to observe and even one of the largest markets in France.
And, Rotterdam is a huge sea port with fascinating architecture and a cracking Jazz Festival (plus, don't forget to try the Kapsalon – a tasty combo of chips and shawarma).
The UK will be the first country to have access to Uber Travel features making it an exciting time to be a Brit!
