There’s no doubt he’ll know a thing or two, having been on our screens for 40 years – 26 of which have been on live breakfast television including long-running stints on GMTV, Sky News Sunrise and This Morning, which he co-presented with his wife Ruth.

He won’t be the only famous face to make an appearance during the special sailing.

Passengers will also be treated to exclusive performances from West End star Michael Ball, listen to the dulcet tones of Britain’s Got Talent winner Paul Potts, and sing along to iconic ABBA anthems courtesy of spoof pop group Björn Again.

Taking place onboard Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth cruise ship, the signature Imagine Cruising entertainment will sit alongside existing onboard fun for passengers including glamorous themed gala balls, mellow live music, trivia and live sports, a luxury spa, and heaps of dining options ranging from afternoon tea to classic pub fare.

The itinerary itself is pretty tempting too, with the cruise visiting sun-soaked destinations including Madeira’s Funchal (complete with an overnight stay on the ship in the city), Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Spain’s Cádiz and Portugal’s Lisbon.

Starting to think this sounds like your ideal getaway?
