Europe’s ‘cheapest beach’ has £1.10 pints and 10p ice cream – and it’s beautiful
If you're looking for holiday deals this summer then you may want to consider a trip to Turkey, as one of its gorgeous beaches has just been named the cheapest in Europe.
Kleopatra Beach in Alanya has been tipped as the most affordable beach hotspot, especially thanks to the on-site bars which serve up the likes of £1.10 pints and 32p bottles of water.

With temperatures expected to reach up to 34C in July and August, Brits who want to cool down with an ice cream won't need to dig deep into their wallets, as the tasty treats cost an average of 10p at the hotspot.
For those after something a little more substantial, according to the new research by Omio, you can also bag a light lunch for just £4.48.
Even outside of the peak summer months, the weather in the region tends to be hot and sunny, averaging 24C so it's well worth having on your radar if you're not tied to school holidays.
On Tripadvisor, tourists have been leaving glowing reviews, praising the beach for its cleanliness, choice of facilities, and pretty setting.
"Lovely clean beach with plenty of sunbeds, several places to eat, and it can be brought to your sunbed if required," wrote one happy holidaymaker.
Another added: This is a really beautiful beach to spend the day at. Waves are strong!. Beach loungers, cabanas, Bars and cafes on sight. Deffo check it put if in Alanya."

A third said: "What a beautiful beach! Aqua blue clear water and a wide beach where you never feel like a sardine. Plenty of room and clean. Love the Palm Trees and the view of the cliff with Castle. Can't wait to go back!"
The good news is that as Alanya is a popular holiday spot, there are heaps of hotels to choose from whether you're after a budget-friendly break, or want to splurge on a bit of luxury to celebrate a special occasion.
