Five raunchy sex-themed hotels in Britain and abroad for a dirty weekend away

The coronavirus lockdown meant that many of us missed our much-loved summer holidays.

But, now that restrictions are being eased we Brits are looking for travel inspo more than ever.

Staycations are becoming the holiday-du-jour as we look to leave our homes for the first time in months.

And, others, unwilling to risk it this year, are looking abroad to plan a blow-out trip next year.

For many, this means dream-like all-inclusive and cabins in the woods.

But, what if we told you there are hotels where the last thing you want to do is sleep?

We’ve hunted high and low for the raunchiest resorts in the UK and abroad.

These five stays will have your toes curling at the thought of a dirty weekend… or longer.

1. The Secret Dungeon – High Wycombe

This hotel is a boutique B&B… and a BDSM play-space for budding subs and their dominants.

The Secret dungeon boasts a four-poster bed, mirrored ceiling and hot tub.

Plus, all the equipment you’d find in Christian Grey’s Red Room.

It sleeps up to four people and has a throne chair, St Andrew’s Cross, padded wall, a cage, a “sin bin”, hoists, leather swing, hitachi wand massager, scorpion bench and… well, you get the picture.

It also has a bathroom and kitchen for cleaning off and fuelling up.

This kinky staycation will set you back £130 for a four hour daytime treat or between £220 to £270 for an overnight stay.

2. Better Than A Bed – London, Fitzrovia

This self-contained apartment is dedicated to “the joys of adult play”.

Set in a Georgian-era building it includes a naughty play space/ dungeon, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with a discreet entrance.

The list of equipment is, again, extensive.

There’s no extra cost for the use of toys, which include: a f***ing machine, fetters sling, stretch rack, bondage bench, floggers, canes, whips, cuffs, collars and leads, spreader bars, nipple clamps, dildos and plenty more to be getting on with.

Testimonials on the site rave about the apartment.

This hotel is less sex-dungeon and more fantasyland.

Here are a few of our cheeky faves:

The “nookii room” is perfect for naughty couples.

Think fifty shades of purple and a inky iron bed with stocks.

The “lover’s lair” is a three-room nautical suite complete with plunge bath, stripper pole and 8ft bed with a mirrored ceiling.

The “koibito love” room is themed on a Japanese love hotel.

Such venues are dotted around Japan for couples to enjoy together for a few stolen hours of sex.

The room contained a raised bamboo bed, geisha decor, a balcony and deep bath with a cascade shower for sharing.

The lovebird package with champagne, truffles, flowers, breakfast in bed and late checkout costs £99 plus the room rate.
