Hogwarts in the Snow is returning to Harry Potter studios this Christmas

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is bringing back its popular Christmas event.

Harry Potter fans will be able to experience “Hogwarts in the Snow”, which looks truly magical.

For the first time ever, Diagon Alley will get a festive makeover.

A studio spokesperson said: "The cobbled stones and magical shop fronts of Diagon Alley will be given a festive makeover, draped in layers of filmmaking snow.

"During filming, many different types of 'snow' were used, each selected for its ability to crunch under foot, float like falling flakes or glisten in the light like ice, but never melt.

"The same techniques will be used by filmmakers to cover the magical shopping street this year."

Muggle guests will also be able to enjoy the winter wonders in the Great Hall.

The grand room will be covered in Yuletide treats like turkeys, hams and flaming Christmas puddings.

It will also be decorated with festive wreaths, trees and plenty of sparkle too.

And for a final sprinkling of Xmas cheer, the Hogwarts model castle is being dusted with snow.

Tourists have enjoyed seeing this icy scene in previous years.
