Located in central London, Hotel Café Royal offers guests the unique “Crown Jewels Experience”, a brand new and very special stay to celebrate King Charles’s Coronation. According to the hotel’s website, it is the “ultimate experience of luxury and exclusivity”, and costs a staggering £13,000.
The stay includes a night at the “opulent two-bedroom Royal Suite” where guests will enjoy a majestic room with three marble bathrooms and stunning views of Regent Street.
Visitors will also have a limousine available for the most luxurious evening ride which will take them to the Tower of London for a special tour.
After the exclusive after-hours tour, guests will enjoy a champagne reception and a private viewing of the Crown Jewels at the Tower of London as part of the lavish experience.
A royal expert will show them the Crown Jewels and reveal the most unique details and secret history.
“Treasures on display at the jewel house include the largest diamond in the world, the 17th-century solid gold St Edward’s Crown and Sovereign’s Orb, used during coronations, and the 20th-century Imperial State Crown,” the hotel website explained.
After that, the limousine will take guests back to the hotel and in the morning, a private butler will serve breakfast in bed.
The unique and extra luxurious experience costs £12,995 per night and is only available from April 1 to October 1, 2023.

As part of their stay, guests can also visit Green Park and Buckingham Palace, which are located minutes away from the hotel.
The Royal Suite is “designed to feel like a private residence and is the ultimate in space, service and luxury in the heart of London”.
Featuring a contemporary design teamed with historical details, it has two bedrooms, a large living and dining area and a butler’s pantry.
“This suite is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. It also features a study and seating area in each bedroom,” Hotel Café Royal explained.
The room is located at the Royal Wing, “a combination of the Royal Suite and further adjoining Grand Deluxe Guest Rooms and Junior Suites”.
“With exclusive entrances and use of corridors, the Royal Wing delivers complete privacy and security to its guests. The Royal Suite sleeps up to six adults,” the hotel added.
For those looking for a more affordable yet regal experience, Hotel Café Royal also offers the King Charles III experience, with a price of £2,625.
This includes a night at the hotel and an exclusive ride in the Queen Mother’s Daimler.
The iconic car will take guests on a tour visiting Clarence House, St James’s Palace and the Guildhall Gallery.
A deluxe afternoon tea with champagne in the Grill Room will follow and breakfast in the Gallery is also included in the morning.
The hotel explained that the stay is suited for those who want to “experience a truly royal overnight stay and visit iconic landmarks associated with the new King Charles III”.
“It is the ultimate experience of luxury and exclusivity” for those who want to celebrate King Charles’s Coronation in style, the website stated.
