‘We have 20 bedrooms in this house. We cannot tour every single one of them, this would be a two hour tour.’
Before stepping into the main house – which was built in 1915 – the property pro comments on the architectural style, describing it as Mediterranean with some ‘colonial qualities.’
He then starts his tour in a formal seating area off the main hall, complete with two chairs, built in cabinetry, and windows facing the motor court.
‘Nice little seating area,’ Enes says.
He then proceeds to walk through the kitchen, which features white cabinetry, a large center island, and a fancy Aga cooker oven.

He adds: ‘They’re just things that are always going to be with me. Memories that I’ll never lose.’
Moving upstairs, Enes finds a regal movie theater furnished in red and gold, a wood paneled office with Nigel Mansell’s signature etched into the floor in gold and plush carpet lining the landing area by designer fashion house Versace.
He also showcases a handful of cavernous bedrooms, including the vast master suite.
‘The scale of this room is insane,’ he exclaims, adding, ‘we have hardwood floors, [a] seating area off of the entry, [a] travertine coffee table in the center, [and] of course comes with a fireplace, TV.’
Another thing Enes highlights is the abundance of art, with nude portraits adorning the walls, and a sculpture of the female form.
Off the bedroom, the YouTuber leads viewers to the master bathroom with a ‘massive built in jetted tub next to the windows’ and a walk-in closet with dozens of shoes on display and Louis Vuitton print carpet.
Along with the main house, there are two further properties on the estate with one offering seven bedrooms and the other serving up three.
While there is ample parking space for cars, there are also two docks outside the home for super yachts to moor up at.
Towards the end of Enes’ video, homeowner Dr Hess imparts some pearls of wisdom, stating: ‘Money comes and goes… but one of the things you’re never going to get back is time, so it’s the experiences that really count.’
The entrepreneur concludes: ‘That’s why the next person who’s going to be the next owner of this home is very blessed in the sense that they’re going to have magical moments, magical memories that they won’t be able to create in other properties.’
