Anyone looking for the luxury holiday of their dreams may have had their head turned by San Domenico Palace.

The stunning hotel in Taormina, Sicily, grabbed attention after being the film setting for season two of Netflix hit White Lotus.

The island, off the southern coast of Italy, is stunning with a rich history shown in the Valley of the Temples, Greek temples, Byzantine mosaics and the royal chapel in Palermo.

In the east the towering Mount Etna is one of Europe’s most active volcanos which we see plenty of foreshadowing through in the TV show.

There’s also a fitness centre, beauty corner and swimming pool.

Holidaymakers can stay in one of two historic buildings too such as the Garden Wing which was once a convent from the 15th century, and the Grand Hotel Wing which was added in the 1890s.

Of course the luxury hotel does come with quite the price tag for a stay, but luckily the San Domenico Palace has revealed their latest offers which make a room a little more affordable.

If you book a room using the “Advance Purchase” option you can get up to 25% off the cost of your room.

That’s a quarter off the price of a bed and breakfast rate room for dates between February and December this year.

Rates in March start from 2,964euros (£2632) so it’s a hefty saving to make.

Meanwhile, those who want a suite can save money too as the San Domenico Palace is offering round-trip airport transportation and breakfast every day when you book on selected dates.

You can bag the cheaper fares on fourseasons.com.
