Mum has to change ‘inappropriate’ T-shirt at Disneyland – and it’s not skimpy

A mum-of-four was left fuming after she got "dress coded" at Disneyland because of her offensive top.

Misty called the staff at the theme park "the worst of the worst people" after her visit in April.

She did not violate the park rules by dressing up as a Marvel character, nor did she wear a revealing top that "exposes excessive portions of skin".

In fact, Misty was fully clothed as she wore an oversized T-shirt, gym shorts and even a Disney hat.

She shared it on TikTok and said: "Getting dress coded at Disney…have a magical day."

The simple top has her favourite heavy metal band – Slipknot – emblazoned on the front and a huge barcode at the back.

But, what caused the issue with Disney staff was what was written underneath the barcode: "People = Sh*t".

"Next time I’ll put tape over it like I did in middle school," Misty joked in the comments.

She also added that the staff let her pick one of the Disney T-shirts in their souvenir shops.

Heavy metal fans love her choice of top and believed it would have caused less problem than women in skimpy outfits.

"I would’ve complemented the shirt I love Slipknot," one said and another wrote: "Oh my God they’ll find anything to stress over.

"This shirt is the coolest Slipknot shirts I’ve seen."

A third commented: "So that's not allowed but it’s ok for women to wear crop tops."

Misty responded: "I don’t care about the women wearing those little tops.

"Most are just jealous cause they don’t feel as confident to do so. Besides it’s so hot here.

"I’m a local who goes once a week I see all sorts of terrible people."

Disney World mentioned on their website that "clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics" is not appropriate for the parks and may result in refusal of admittance.
