Based in Skegness, Lincolnshire, this staycation spot is a 10-minute walk from the beach, arcade and shops including a short drive from Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Scunthorpe. Filled with prehistoric leopard print-furniture and stone-printed wallpaper, each room has taken inspiration from the popular cartoon 60s sitcom.
Even the cushions are covered in tiger, with the curtain rails and door handles are bone-shaped to make visitors feel they are staying in the Stone Age.
The description of the campervan on Airbnb reads: “This ‘Flintstones’ themed caravan is a lot of fun and something a bit different your children will love.
“This holiday home has just been refurbished, with new flooring and ‘Bedrock’ decor which has a relaxing feel to it and it transforms at night to a cosy cave-like feel.
“Look out for the dinosaurs hiding under the deck, they are friendly and don’t need feeding!”
Owner Anne Swift came up with the idea to rennovate her campervan based on the hit-show last year, taking her about three months to decorate.
She said: “There’s so many caravans on Airbnb it makes it stand out being quite fun and something children love.
“My next one will be a Harry Potter theme and then after that a Frozen theme or Little Princess.”
Guests will have a 32-inch TV and DVD player to watch their rewatch as many Flintsotnes epsidoes or films and access to a laundry room, toilet block and arcade onsite.
