One of this year’s top trending destinations is Norfolk and it’s the ideal spot for people looking for a rural escape by the coast.
Cromer is a fantastic choice for Brits who want to stay in a seaside town this winter. Famed for crabs and the church of St Peter and Paul, its beach is chilly but beautiful in winter.
But perhaps Norfolk’s most striking and atmospheric winter destinations are outside the main seaside towns and resorts.

Blakeney is a quaint village on the coast that’s the perfect place to rent a cosy cottage in winter.
Tourists can explore the area’s unique marshes or head to see the seal colony at Blakeney National Nature Reserve.
The Reserve is home to England’s largest grey seal colony and children will love the boat trips which give a glimpse of the population from the water.
