TikTok hack to skip the queue at Disneyland theme parks
Disney fans have been sharing their top tricks and secrets on TikTok, including how to avoid broken down rides and long queues at Disney’s hugely popular theme parks.
TikTok user and Disney superfan David Vaughn, who said he “probably shouldn’t share it”, explained how to get free Multi-Fast Passes to jump queues.
He said the hack involves the Indiana Jones Adventure ride at Disneyland.
“So I realised Indiana Jones breaks down quite often in the afternoon, almost every single day,” he said.
“So I purposefully started getting FastPasses (for the ride) around that time – like 2pm or 3pm – and I’ve done this maybe half a dozen times and it has worked every single time.”
He said when the ride broke down, as it often did, people couldn’t use their daily Fast Pass so they got a free multi-use FastPasses as a refund.

A former Disney employee backed him up in the comments.
“I used to work at Indian Jones and thought people who did this were so smart as we used to break down all the time,” the former employee commented on the video that’s had more than
34,000 likes on TikTok.
The comments section quickly became swamped with top tricks from other theme park visitors.

One person recommended always heading to the Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean rides after 9.30pm, when there were generally no queues.
“Waste of time to (get a FastPass) or wait in line during the day,” they said.
Other pieces of advice including going on the spinning teacup ride during the parades for a “perfect view”, or heading to the Tarzan Treehouse ride for the best spot to watch the fireworks.

A user who goes by the name feedmeimei shared her video “Disneyland Hacks You Should Know” on social media, which was specifically about visiting the Disneyland park in California.
“Some rides have a Buddy Pass system where if you have a party of 1-2, you ask for a Buddy Pass and you can go to a much shorter line,” she said.
Another tip she shared was: “To avoid crowds when exiting Disneyland California, go through the Grand Californian exit.”
