Going on holiday with your mates can be a real bag of laughs – but knowing where to go out nearby in an area you don’t know can be tricky.

Luckily, there’s a house you can rent for you and a massive group of pals that solves the issue – and it sleeps up to 28 people so it's ideal for a weekend of partying.

What makes it so special? Well, the huge house comes with not only a games room and hot tub but also its own nightclub.

The soundproof club is where you can pull your own pints at the bar and dance the night away with a sound system, stage and disco lights.

The barn is located near Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire so there’s lots of hikes, outdoor activity and other daytime fun to be had.

But, with all of the amenities on offer you might not even bother to leave your new pad.

The games room if full to the brim with an air hockey table, table football, arcade games, shooting games, a driving game and even an electric punch bag.

You’ll be able to spend hours gaming away with your mates without any strangers vying to have a turn.

Outside, you can all hang out in the heated hot tubs as there are three to choose from on the terrace.

If you want some privacy to get ready for your big night in then head up to one of the 14 en-suite bathrooms.

There are nine king sized beds and two twin bedrooms so couples and singles are all catered to.

Plus, you won’t need to queue to use the shower in the morning!

In each of the rooms is a huge 55” smart TV so you can relax and unwind.

If you want to invite extra guests, up to 60 people can party in the property for an extra £20 per person.

If you prefer a quieter night after partying there’s a massive dining table where all 28 people can sit and eat as well as a kitchen with multiple ovens and fridges plus a freezer.

Private chefs can be hired for the property or you can choose to self cater.

For any of your other needs like barbers, spa treatments or recommendations there’s an on-sight concierge who will help with everything you need.

To rent the house on SnapTrip you’ll need to shell out from £8,625 for a three night stay – but split between 28 of you that’s £102pp per night.

It's not the only property we've seen that lets you pull your own pints.

The Poacher’s Arms is located in the stunning village of Hope, which is near Castleton in the Peak District.

It has nine double bedrooms with private en-suites so none of you have to share.
