Plenty of Brits love a night with their mates at the local boozer – but who wants to leave when the last call is announced?

Well, now you don't have to because you can rent an entire pub out for your family and friends to enjoy all night long.

The Poachers Arms, which was once a regular pub for local punters, comes with a fully functional bar – and pints cheaper than you've seen since the 1990s.

It also has nine double bedrooms with private en-suites so none of you have to share.

Before guests stay, they can pre-order kegs of booze to suit their personal taste, from beer to cider or lager.

And, the best part is that you can book the pub from around £34 per person per night if 30 people share the cost of the rental/.

The Poacher’s Arms is located in the stunning village of Hope, which is near Castleton in the Peak District – so your surroundings are made of rolling green hills, mountains, valleys and castloes.

It comes with its own off road parking, garden and patio.

Pub guests also have plenty of facilities to keep them entertained.

There’s a hot tub, dance floor and kids’ play area.

Punters can also kick-back in the venue’s games room, which has table football and video game consoles.

A whopping 30 people can comfortably stay at the Poachers Arms.

And at dinnertime, they have the opportunity to catch up in the large dining area.

The grand room boasts characterful stone walls and a large wooden table.

And let’s not forget, tourists can get merry by pulling their own pints for £2 each.

Alternatively, they can hire out pub staff to serve them throughout their evenings.

Interested in booking the quirky pub?

You can stay at the venue for two nights from £2064 with 30 guests having space to party.

According to guests of the Poachers Arms, this is well worth the money.

Many have taken to TripAdvisor to rave about their experiences there.

One reviewer remarked: “It’s a strange feeling that you are somewhere familiar, a pub with all the features of a pub, but then it feels like a permanent lock in.

“Features: nine double rooms with bathrooms. Clean and tidy.

“Well equipped kitchen with lots of space to move about, two cookers, two microwaves, a hot water boiler, 2 dishwashers; and they were needed as we seemed to run out plates rather quickly.

“There is a hot tub, and a conservatory which we used as both a large dining area and the dance floor, for the birthday party.”

And another said: “Our week here was absolutely amazing and we didn’t want to go home.

“The kitchen was big and had excellent facilities, we had a big roast dinner on Sunday which we ate in the huge conservatory.

“The hot tub was used all week by all of us, not sure if it was the kids or adults that enjoyed it the most!

“The teenagers enjoyed the pool table and football table and also the outdoor table tennis got used a lot as the weather was amazing.

“The bar was fantastic, we filled the fridges with drinks and shelves with snacks. The kids and adults enjoyed being behind the bar serving each other (non-alcoholic for the kids lol).

“Some evenings were spent in the comfy lounge area or around the breakfast bar in the kitchen playing card games.

“This self catering holiday home is perfect for large groups who want to explore the beautiful countryside. We would definitely go back again.”
