Aman is planting its flag in Beverly Hills: Travel Weekly
Aman is planting its flag in Beverly Hills, recently unveiling plans to bring an Aman hotel, branded residences and a private members’ club to the market.
The Aman hotel, residences and club will be a part of One Beverly Hills, 17.5-acre mixed-use development located adjacent to the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills hotels. One Beverly Hills co-developer Alagem Capital owns the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
Construction on the complex, which will also comprise eight acres of botanical gardens, is slated to begin next year.
The members-only Aman Club is expected to span 120,000 square feet.
As part of the One Beverly Hills project, the Beverly Hilton is also set to receive a refresh.
The Aman Beverly Hills will be the luxury hospitality group’s fifth property in the U.S., joining the Amangani in Wyoming and Amangiri in Utah as well as Aman projects under development in New York and Miami Beach.
