ASTA rebrands annual conference

The ASTA Global Convention is no more. ASTA has rebranded its signature annual event the ASTA Travel Advisor Conference.

Next year’s conference will take place from May 29 to 31 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.

The conference’s main focus will be on business skills that help advisors elevate their business. Advisors will be able to choose one of three tracks designed for new-to-industry entrants, more experienced advisors and travel advisor leaders: Cultivating, Accelerating and Innovating.

There will be on-site courses that count as credit toward ASTA’s Verified Travel Certification, a first at the event.
ASTA will continue to offer early-riser education and repeat courses.

The keynote speaker at the 2024 ASTA Travel Advisor Conference will be Venus Williams. 

“We took a look at our annual event and knew that a sharper focus on business skills and growth would provide value for our members and the industry as a whole,” ASTA president and CEO Zane Kerby said in a release. “I’m excited for next year’s event in Dallas, and I know that the advisors who attend will leave knowing how to take their business to the next level.”
