Dominica resort founders found dead
Dominica resort Coulibri Ridge said that resort founders Daniel Langlois and his partner Dominique Marchand died in Dominica.
According to Dominica News Online, charred remains were found in a burned-out vehicle on Dec. 1, and the remains were believed to be those of Langlois and Marchand, who had been reported missing. The incident is being investigated.
Langlois and Marchand opened Coulibri Ridge in October 2022. The luxury resort has 14 suites and was built with sustainability at the forefront. Coulibri Ridge uses solar energy, filters rainwater and grows much of its own produce. The resort’s exterior is made from hand-chiseled stone sourced from the property.
