Renovated convention center opens at Sandals Royal Bahamian
On the heels of the resort’s recent multimillion-dollar refresh, the Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau has opened a newly renovated convention center.
The updated venue features nearly 15,500 square feet of indoor space, all outfitted with fresh flooring, paint and wallpaper. New décor elements, including large-scale murals and silver wall-mounted fish, have been integrated into the interior design.
On the technology front, the convention center has new audio speakers, a video wall in the ballroom and acoustic echo cancellation capabilities in meeting rooms.
The Sandals Royal Bahamian’s convention center has a capacity of up to 1,000 guests.
Based on the number of rooms booked, the property is currently offering groups benefits like complimentary use of conference facilities, VIP room upgrades, private group check-ins and complimentary cocktail receptions and group dinners.
The 404-room Sandals Royal Bahamian reopened in January 2022 after completing an extensive renovation.
