The Hoxton is rapidly expanding in Europe: Travel Weekly
The Hoxton is plotting significant European expansion, unveiling plans for the opening of seven Europe hotels by early 2024.
The first to debut will be The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush, which will be the flag’s fourth hotel in London. To be located on the city’s west side in the Shepherd’s Bush neighborhood, the 237-room property is on track to open this December.
It will be followed by the opening of a 198-room hotel in Brussels and a second Hoxton hotel in Amsterdam (136 guestrooms) by early next year.
Later in 2023, The Hoxton plans to add a 234-room hotel in Berlin, a 211-room hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland, and a 196-room property in Vienna.
In early 2024, the brand will debut a 129-room hotel in Dublin.
According to The Hoxton, the flag’s fast expansion is reflective of “the strong bounce-back it has seen since the challenges of the pandemic, with many of its operating properties hitting pre-pandemic levels and making record-breaking restaurant revenue.”
The new additions will bring The Hoxton to a total of 18 hotels across Europe and the U.S. The Hoxton is part of Accor’s Ennismore lifestyle hospitality group.
