Tribute Portfolio hotel opens in Montreal

Marriott International’s Tribute Portfolio has added its first Montreal property with the opening of the Honeyrose Hotel Montreal.

Located within the city’s Quartier des Spectacles cultural district, the Honeyrose draws design inspiration from the art deco era, showcasing velvet, gold and wood accents throughout its interiors.

The 143-room hotel has several food and beverage venues, including the French bistro-style Commodore restaurant and café and the California-influenced Muze Lounge & Terrasse.

The Honeyrose Hotel is also home to a “movement studio” fitness space, a dry sauna, a spa and an indoor pool, as well as 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

The hotel joins 85-plus properties within the Tribute Portfolio, which Marriott bills as a collection of independent hotels that feature “captivating design” and “vibrant social scenes.”
