After a year and a half of extensive renovations, the five-star Mas de Pierre hotel in France\u2019s Cote d\u2019Azur region reopened May 3 as the Domaine du Mas de Pierre.<\/p>\n
Located between Cannes and Nice, at the foot of the ramparts of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the family-owned Relais & Chateaux property is part of the SFH independent hotel group.<\/p>\n
The resort is set in a 20-acre garden with olive and citrus trees and features two new bastides (medieval villas), bringing the total number of accommodations to nine bastides and 76 rooms.<\/p>\n

New amenities include a reception area, the gastronomic La Table de Pierre restaurant, the poolside Lis Orto bistro and a 6,560-square-foot spa.<\/p>\n
Alice\u2019s House, exclusively reserved for children, features indoor and outdoor play areas, and an on-property lagoon features a sandy beach with palm trees and waterfalls.<\/p>\n
The property is open year-round.<\/p>\n
