The Turks and Caicos has updated its entry regulations for the second time in four days. The new protocols take effect Sept. 1.<\/p>\n
Three more vaccines will be accepted in addition to Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca. These are Comirnaty, Spikevax and Vaxzevria.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Most Caribbean islands are open to tourism.\u00a0Here is the latest information on entry requirements.<\/p>\n
Proof of vaccination in the form of a digital copy or paper copy, inclusive of vaccine cards issued by the CDC, will be accepted.<\/p>\n
An earlier announcement had stipulated that vaccination proof had to be printed from an electronic vaccination data base or through a letter signed by a medical physician or registered nurse.<\/p>\n
Regulations still in place stipulate that all visitors 16 and over must be fully vaccinated and all visitors must submit proof of a Covid-19 negative test result taken within three days of travel as well as proof of medical\/travel insurance that covers medical evacuation.<\/p>\n
All information must be uploaded to the TCI Assured portal in advance of arrival.<\/p>\n
Any traveler testing positive prior to departing the Turks and Caicos must quarantine for 10 days at his own expense and undergo a Covid-19 test on day 7 prior to release.<\/p>\n
