Among the other U.S. carriers that finished in the top 100, Southwest was 35th, JetBlue 41st, Alaska 59th, United 60th and American 68th.\u00a0 Southwest also was ranked the third-best low-cost airline.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Related: J.D. Power: With the return of crowds, airport satisfaction falls<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Skytrax World Airlines Awards are regarded as among the most credible in the airline industry. Winners this year were determined by an online survey that was open from September 2021 to August 2022 in six languages, Skytrax said. More than 300 airlines are in the survey results and responses came from people of more than 100 nationalities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This is the seventh time Qatar Airways has taken the top global honor.
