The Carnival Elation has returned to service at its homeport in Jacksonville, Fla., with the new Carnival hull design and onboard enhancements.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The red, white and blue design was introduced with the debut of Mardi Gras in 2021 and has been rolled out across the Carnival fleet as ships complete drydocks.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Guests visiting the Cloud 9 Spa will find a fully refreshed area, including new steam and sauna rooms. Carnival said it also did work on public venues and staterooms.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The ship’s first cruise upon its return to Jacksonville departed Saturday on a five-day Bahamas sailing.<\/p>\n
\u00a0The 2,052-guest Carnival Elation (at double occupancy) sails year-round from Jacksonville.<\/p>\n
