AmaWaterways is adding a Sa\u00f4ne River itinerary to its popular wine-themed cruises in 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The seven-night Flavors of Burgundy itinerary is the newest addition to the Celebration of Wine River Cruises series, a collection of more than 60 wine-themed departures in Europe.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Flavors of Burgundy will sail on the AmaCello from Dijon to Lyon, visiting Seurre, Tournus, M\u00e2con and Lyon.<\/p>\n
Guests can expect daily wine-tasting excursions that include visits to vineyards and chateaux as well as special meals, tastings and seminars hosted by wine experts — certified sommeliers, vineyard owners and wine educators from North America or Europe.\u00a0<\/p>\n
There is an alternative itinerary that includes three-night pre-cruise and post-cruise stays in Paris and Geneva. Rates begin at $4,249 per person and the pre- and post-cruise extensions can be added for an additional $2,790.\u00a0<\/p>\n
