Uniworld land-river tour touches three continents

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises is taking its extended river cruise journeys farther and longer next year.

The boutique river cruise line’s Rivers of the World cruise will visit 10 countries across South America, Europe and Southeast Asia. The 55-day voyage will depart from Lima, Peru, on Oct. 3, 2024, and has space for 68 guests.

Guests will begin their journeys in the Peruvian Amazon on a land tour before boarding two river cruise ships, the Aria Amazon and the Aqua Nera, to see famous sites such as Machu Pichu and Cuzco.

The tour of South America continues through Argentina and Brazil before guests switch over to Europe to sail on the Rhine, Main and Danube onboard the S.S. Beatrice and on the Rhone onboard the S.S. Catherine.

Guests will end their Rivers of the World cruise in Southeast Asia sailing on the Mekong River onboard the Mekong Jewel. Several land tours will be available, some of which will visit Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom in Cambodia and take in the city views of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
