Lodging operator Ascott reveals major Middle East expansion plan
International hospitality firm eyes new properties across the Gulf region by the end of 2022
The Ascott Limited has revealed plans to add more than 1,800 units across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, all slated to open by the end of 2022.
The international lodging owner-operator’s growth pipeline puts it on track to achieve its regional target of adding extra 6,000 units to its Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (MEAT) portfolio, to reach a total of 10,000 units by 2025.
