Body positive influencer says ‘beach bodies’ don’t require diets or workouts
A body positive travel blogger and Instagram influencer stated that “beach bodies” don’t require “diets” or “workout regimes”.
Hannah Logan, from Canada, has travelled to 62 countries so far posting travel advice, recommending hot spots and promoting “self love” and confidence.
The curvy influencer, who has 11,000 followers, @hannahlogan21, shares stunning holiday snaps and hopes to help other people feel confident travelling the world.
Hannah, who is currently in Greece, recently posted on her page to encourage women to pull on their swimwear no matter their shape.
Posing in a stunning bright pink bikini from The Cheeky Bikini while on a beach in Tel Aviv, she said: “Summer is only a couple months away so consider this your friendly reminder that a beach body doesn’t require any diets or workout regimens.
“All you need is a cute swimsuit that you feel good in and access to the beach.
“So get shopping for swimsuits & flights to beach destinations.”
In the comments, Hannah’s fans shouted their appreciation of the post.
One woman said: “Such an important reminder. Love this! Also beautiful shot! Pink is a great colour for you.”
While another added: “Gorgeous lady!”
And, it’s not the first time the blogger has spoken up about the topic.
Back in 2020, before pandemic restrictions hit, Hannah donned a navy blue swimsuit in Quebec.
Standing in a lake, she wore her hair loose in the sunshine.
In the caption, Hannah wrote: “Reminder: body size and shape is no reflection of overall health.
“‘Fat’ people can be active and eat well. ‘Thin’ people can be lazy and life off of junk food.
“You never know, and it’s not your place to judge someone’s health and wellness based on whether or not they do/don’t have stretch marks, hip dips, cellulite, or rolls.
“It never ceases to amaze me how as soon as I post bikini/swim photos with body positive hashtags, my inbox gets inundated with messages about fitness plans and how to ‘live a healthy lifestyle’ because apparently my body isn’t beach-worthy as it is now.”

“My beach body may never be on the cover of Sports Illustrated. But you best believe that this [peach emoji]will swim circles around most people any day.
“If you have a problem with how someone looks because their body is different than how you *think* it should look, that’s a reflection on you and your insecurities. If you think there needs to be change, maybe you need to start with yourself and re-analyze your values.
