Inside gorgeous UK beach town Mia Khalifa says is ‘better than Miami’

  • Former Pornhub superstar and influencer Mia Khalifa has returned to the UK this week to spend time at one seaside hotspot.

The stunning legend has returned to Whitstable – a quiet beach town in Kent that she has visited before.

Mia, 30, who now posts content on OnlyFans, has told her fans about her adoration of the town before claiming it’s even better than Miami.

The star visited Whitstable a number of times in 2022 and went back once more this month.

Posting on her Instagram Story, Mia has said “Whitstable > Miami."

Last time Mia – who has over 27million followers – visited she commented that she was “heartbroken to leave.”

On Instagram today, Mia shared a snap of her view of the pier from her window.

Plus, she said: "Wake up babe, it's already the first Monday in May in the UK."

But, what draws the international superstar to the sleepy British town more than Miami?

Well, Whitstable has plenty of beaches to enjoy and you can take a dip in the ocean that’s bound to be more invigorating than the warm waters of Miami.,

While tourists tan it up at Miami Beach there’s lots to love about Whitstable's Tankerton beach right here in the UK.

The beach is long with lots of sand and jetties into the water.

It also has a “Street of Stones” – a rock formation that shows when the tide goes out.

Miami doesn’t have one of those despite its balmy weather and palm trees.

Those who love a bit of retail therapy may enjoy Miami’s Flagler Street and hundreds of downtown shops.

But, Whitstable has Harbour Street and the Alleys – a quaint area with plenty of independent shops to find quirky goods in.

You can pick up vinyl records, artwork and even fresh oysters.

We’d say that rivals chain stores and big names any day of the week.

Holidaymakers in Miami might hop on their yachts or paraglide across the water, but you can also pick up watersports in Whitstable.

Oyster Coast Watersports lets you go kayaking, paddleboarding, power boating and sailing around the Kentish coast.

Plus, there’s a special tour that lets you see gorgeous seals in their natural habitat.

Wild seals are a rare sight in Miami, but not in Whitstable.

When it comes to food and drink Miami may have hundreds more options than the sleepy UK town.

The US city is known for having fresh seafood as well as being impacted by Latin American and Caribbean food cultures.

But, Whitstable is also well known for its fresh-catch seafood, oysters and far lower prices than Miami.

If you’re after top notch seafood at a bargain price then we’d opt for Mia’s UK hotspot.

In Whitstable you can head to the little stalls directly opposite the working harbour to scoop up some of the tasty shellfish.

They’ll set you back a few quid each and be the freshest you’ve ever eaten.

Those who want to party the night away should probably head for Miami’s thousands of enormous clubs.

However, we’d not be keen on spending a night surrounded by "crypto bros" and youngsters in barely any clothes.

Those who want something boozy in Whitstable can head to its famous beachside pub The Neptune.

The pub sits right on the beach and is the best place to watch the sunset.

Plus, on Saturdays and Sundays it hosts live bands and singers.

We can see why Mia keeps coming back to the rather muddy shores.

In mid-July – the height of the summer – you can bag a room at the beachfront Hotel Continental for £126 a night between two people.
