You can apply to spend a month working from a luxury Corfu villa for free
Getting bored of working from home?
You may want to consider remote working abroad instead.
Once lockdown restrictions lift, you can jet off to stay in the luxury Maldives for a year.
Or if you’re looking for something a little more affordable, this Corfu escape could be for you.
CV Villas is offering one lucky couple the chance to say in one of its luxury houses for free.
Flights, accommodation, Wi-Fi and other amenities are covered by the company – and you’ll get to bask in the Greek island’s spring temperatures of 20C.
The freebie trip will take place between April 5 to May 3 – that’s almost one full month.
Competition winners will get to spend these weeks in a five-bedroom villa that’s a stone’s throw away from the beach.
Guests can also take a dip in the house’s private pool or hot tub once their hard days work are complete.
To enter the contest, you must fill out a form on the CV Villas website.
Applicants must state why they are deserving of the prize – from those who have spent months working from their bedrooms to others who have juggled childcare with businesses.
Pete Brudenell, Head of Marketing at CV Villas, said: "We know that up and down the country people have been struggling with home offices that aren’t up to scratch, and after a number of months of working remotely, we wanted to offer the chance to have a change of scenery.
"With far more remote working options now available for employees, we certainly foresee groups using our villas as short-term offices in beautiful locations. Who wouldn’t want to do a Zoom call from a hot tub?"
Thanks to the Covid vaccine, the possibility of springtime travel has increased slightly.
But if the trip has to be cancelled due to the pandemic, there’s no need to fret.
CV Villas will postpone the working holiday for a month if there are coronavirus-related disruptions.
