Auberge resort coming to South Carolina coast

The Dunlin, an Auberge Resorts Collection resort in South Carolina, is slated to open in 2024.

Construction on the coastal resort in the Kiawah River community is scheduled to begin in January.

Plans call for 72 cottage-style guestrooms and suites plus 19 villas. Common areas will include a main lodge with a wraparound porch, a library lounge, a 10,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor event hall and a riverfront swim and fitness facility.
