Omni Hotels & Resorts enhances loyalty program

Omni Hotels & Resorts is enhancing its Select Guest loyalty program in January, enabling customers to compile credits not only on room nights but on on-property purchases like spa treatments, meals and rounds of golf.

According to Omni, the new spend-based program will help guests more quickly earn rewards and achieve a higher loyalty status faster. 

Under the new system, points will be known as Omni Credits, which will continue to be earned at the same rate for each night of a stay. Also, Omni has changed the loyalty program’s tier names and structure. The new tier system will elevate individuals from Member status to Insider, then to Champion and finally to Icon, with the tier level determined by the spending amount within each calendar year.

The status achieved by members by the end of 2023 will be honored at an equivalent level through the calendar year 2024.

Omni also said it would continue to offer the same benefits offered under the current program, which includes free night rewards, access to an on-property “loyalty ambassador”; complimentary amenities and services like WiFi, beverages, clothes pressing and shoe shining; and, for those with top-tier status, a confirmed suite upgrade at time of booking when redeeming a free night.

Omni has 50-plus hotels and resorts across the U.S. and Canada.
